Many topical products can help to maintain and prevent these problems, however there is damage in the deeper layers of skin where topical products cannot reach. Laser skin resurfacing at The Sendi Cosmetic Surgery Center can address what topical products cannot, and can be tailored to your skin type, your desired treatments, and your desired down time. These treatments can be customized to treat your specific type of photo damage to achieve improved texture, tone, and overall quality of your skin.
To determine which Joule laser treatment is right for you, find your skin condition on the below list, and read about each specific treatment below. We can precisely dial in the exact treatment patients need for amazing results within the desired downtime by using this machine’s unique ability to separate treatments for the epidermis, which heals quickly, and dermis, which remodels more slowly over time. The benefits of a Halo™ treatment include improvement in both epidermal and dermal pigmentation, as well as tone and texture of the skin.

BBL BroadBand Light technology utilizes the power of pulsed light to deliver excellent phototherapy results. By selecting the appropriate wavelength or filter, the physician will be able to treat a broad range of skin conditions caused by skin aging and sun exposure. The light energy delivered by the BBL gently heats the upper layers of the skin. The heat absorbed by the targeted areas coagulates tissue to variable depth. This process helps restore the skin to its natural state. In addition, the photothermal energy targets and eliminates many of the fine vessels that cause redness and the unwanted melanin responsible for pigmented lesions.
Candidates: Skin type 1-4
Treats: *BBL is FDA cleared for, but not limited to:
Benign pigmented lesions such as sun spots, freckles, etc.
Superficial skin lesions
Vascular Lesions, such as cherry angiomas, telangiectasias, bruises, and rosacea

Skin Tyte II– effective, fast, and the most economical light energy device for improving skin firmness.
Mechanism of Action:
SkinTyte utilizes infrared energy to deeply heat soft tissue while protecting the entire treated area with sapphire contact cooling. Targeted heating causes soft tissue coagulation and collagen contraction. This process initiates the body’s natural healing process, resulting in a firmer, more youthful skin appearance. The full effect of skin firming treatments can be seen over several subsequent months. For best results, subsequent treatments recommended.
Candidates: All skin types
Skin laxity of the face, neck, abdomen and body
